Sound Intensity Scanner AR (SISAR) is the world's first sound intensity measurement and visualization system built on augmented and mixed reality (AR/MR) technology.
Wear an AR/MR headset and sweep the handheld sensor through space to measure and visualize steady-state sound fields in real time.
Features

Rapid Wide-Area Measurement
No fixed sensors or cameras required.
Move freely through the space to scan large areas quickly.

Spatial Sound Field Observation via AR/MR
Measurement results are overlaid directly onto the real environment through AR/MR devices.
Binocular stereoscopic view and free viewpoint movement provide an intuitive understanding of 3D sound flow.

Flexible Analysis Parameters
Adjust parameters such as frequency bands to re-analyze measured data under different conditions.
Results update instantly on both the PC and the AR/MR device.

3D Model Import & Export
Import 3D models into the PC application for contextual visualization.
Export your measurement data, or let INSPIREI convert it into a 3D model for you.
System Composition

Measurement System
The measurement system consists of PC software paired with a microphone-array handheld sensor.
The software manages measurement data and parameters, sharing them with the visualization system over a local network.
Two sensor variants (2 cm and 5 cm microphone spacing) cover a broad frequency range.
